The ISF Ice Bank Type Milk Cooling Tank rapidly chills milk to cross the critical temperature of +10oC and then gently to +4oC in less than two hours, thus rendering milk safe and free from the dangers of bacterial growth and lipolysis.
The batch method uses a vat pasteurizer which consists of a jacketed vat surrounded by either circulating water, steam or heating coils of water or steam. In the vat the milk is heated to 65 C and held for 30 minutes followed by rapid cooling.
UHT Lines
UHT system is designed for products like milk, milk based drinks, creams, ice-cream mix, juices and ESL = Extended Shelf Life products.
The turbulent flow in the tubular heat exhangers, the gentle heat treatment and the fast cooling in optium conditions retain the natural flavor of the products.

HIGH SPEED AND PERFORMANCE

FLEXIBLE IN OPERATION
Each head can be adjusted in minutes to pack any pouch size between 0.18 to 1.1L. Furthermore the machine's different heads can be operated simultaneously with different pouch sizes.
SMALL SPACE REQUIREMENTS
The machines are designed to be compact in size to save space in the packaging area. Minimal space requirement is indicated best by fact that 5 pcs of EA-12000 can be installed in area of apprx. 100 m2.
