Cylindrical and semi-cylindrical type with self- supporting structure, sandwiched with high- density CFC-free insulation and austenitic stainless steel AISI304 walls. Full flow evaporator. Manhole of diameter 450mm with easy access by fixed stainless steel ladder.

The ISF Ice Bank Type Milk Cooling Tank rapidly chills milk to cross the critical temperature of +10oC and then gently to +4oC in less than two hours, thus rendering milk safe and free from the dangers of bacterial growth and lipolysis.
The batch method uses a vat pasteurizer which consists of a jacketed vat surrounded by either circulating water, steam or heating coils of water or steam. In the vat the milk is heated to 65 C and held for 30 minutes followed by rapid cooling.
